The plate carrier includes side protection of Class 2 measuring 15×30 cm and 3 additional pouches.

The V4+ configuration differs from the V4 by the presence of Class 2 ballistic protection.

Class 2 ballistic protection has high resistance to 7.62×25 mm (TT) caliber rounds, meaning it can withstand even large fragments moving at high speed.
