The plate carrier comes with Class 2 side ballistic protection sized 15×30 cm and 3 additional pouches.

The V3+ configuration differs from V3 by the presence of Class 2 ballistic protection.

Class 2 ballistic protection provides high resistance to 7.62×25 mm (TT) rounds, which means it can also withstand larger high-velocity fragments.

• Ballistic protection has been tested in a laboratory (a stamped certificate confirming the protection class is provided with the order).
